How we handle Gold Shipping
Physical gold, jewellery, and high-value items do not travel as general cargo. You submit a gold or item shipping request from the customer portal. Dubai operations reviews origin, destination, declared value, and documents, then accepts or returns the file with notes. A tracking number is issued only when the request is approved. Until then the file stays as a request — no invented vessel position and no live GPS label. Once accepted, the movement sits on your shipment file with packing, custody, and clearance notes. Other customers cannot see the request or the shipment.
