Logistics Manager, Sahel Motors

Vehicle shipping

“Vehicle units arrived with condition photos and a clean timeline. No chasing WhatsApp groups. The customer portal showed every public event with a location and time.”

Lagos, Nigeria

Priya Nair

Export Director, Monsoon Textiles

Ocean freight

“They told us the truth about a rolled sailing instead of vanishing until the next week. We rebooked the same file and the consignee still had one tracking number.”

Mumbai, India

Elena Voss

Elena Voss

Import Lead, Nordic Appliance Co

Container shipping

“Two 40HC boxes from Shanghai to Jebel Ali stayed on one coordinator. Detention dates were on the file before the vessel arrived, which is the only reason we avoided a weekend hold.”

Questions we hear first

All FAQs →

How do I request a quote?

Use the quote form with origin, destination, cargo type, weight, volume, and preferred dates. An operations coordinator replies with routing, transit, and itemized pricing. You receive a unique quote reference as soon as the request is saved.

Why is a milestone missing on the public timeline?

Only events marked visible to the customer appear on the tracking page. Internal operational notes stay in the file. Location updates show as last updated unless an automatic tracking provider is connected.

Who pays duties and taxes?

Duties are for the importer of record unless the quote says otherwise. We can estimate them from a complete invoice and proposed HS code before sailing. Estimates are not a customs ruling.

Where do I find my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are issued when operations approve a gold or item shipping request, or when a quote is converted into a shipment. They appear in the confirmation email and in the customer portal under My Shipments.
